$36m / 5B = $0.0072 per share 
Feels to me like Jake thinks the share price has a LOT more scope to fall from current levels if he needs as many as 5B of new shares to be issued to his family office just to cover his accrued salary costs of $36m (per the SEC filing  )
Assuming of course that enough punters like The Golden One exist in the universe to buy as many as 5B shares from Jake at any price 

Is my maths correct ? as I'm getting confused with all these reverse splits and new share issues
