I'll be the first to admit I am bullish with this management team and this stock as a whole, but let's be realistic about it altogether. This is not going to dollars without a RS and people need to realize that. The downvoting of the RS by shareholders does not matter anymore because Emil now owns over 50% of common shares. With control, he can decide whatever he wants to do moving forward.
With that being said, that doesn't mean that this can't make a nice little run. We are hoping to see filings of insiders acquiring shares in the near future. After that, if they were to announce any SS change by lowering the OS that would also move it. The biggest thing here is the size of the merger. If the merger is 500M+ then hopefully we can see .10+.
This isn't the OTC of 2020/2021. A stock isn't going to fly to crazy high anymore just for the heck of it. The volume in the OTC is nothing compared to what it was back then and that can also be a problem moving forward. This management team is no joke and all of them together is quite an accomplishment, but let's pause the breaks on some of the unrealistic target prices people are putting out there.
