How was that misleading? The case was dismissed. Thats a fact. And I have said from the time they filed that case that it was filled in the WRONG court, that it needed to be filed in Louisiana. Klug tried scamming the Missouri court so he could use his partner in crime attorney, and Redhawk insider Christopher Swiecicki who is only licensed in Missouri
