I know...but I told ya' so...lol. The trick was "the surviving entity". It wasn't literally a reverse merger. But....that the crap that can still fly. You wouldn't believe me...and I totally get why. It was in their wording....and there were many times I had to rethink my opinion. But always came back to tacking....and then there it was. It was fn' sneaky...no doubt and if Tessaro wasn't the surviving entity...you would have been 100% correct. But they stated a reverse merger....and played that angle....but there was another side to the story.

Their "own" wording put doubts in my head about tacking....was it a reverse merger or just an acquisition and name change? They literally called it both.
