I have often thought this was the issue that FINRA dug into with the RS Corporate Action they would not process.

They would have wanted the company to demonstrate that every issuance and legend removal had an bonafide exemption from registration.

You and I discussed this at length back in 2022. I have always felt those conversions of the Pref B to free trading stock were improper.

1) Do I own stock?
Answer: No. I don’t invest in penny stocks.
2) Why am I here?
Answer: I like debating things that I have a 95.7% chance of being right about.
3) Am I a paid basher?
Answer: Wait…what? You can get paid for this?
