"Billy" is in Costa Rica shopping for an upgrade from the Ultra Vires as the new mobile office (and hence tax-deductible) for UOIP/Chanboned for his never-ending search of the Caribbean for new licensable patents that UOIP/Chanboned can acquire. The entire cost of this business development activity is being borne by UOIP/Chanboned from the small pile of chump coins and GTFOH shekels. It is a tough yobb, butt "Billy" is up to the task and has done it before. It requires a lott of golf, fine dining, diving, beach time, and, of course, regular strip clubb attendance to evaluate new talent to bring on-board (at least for a short probationary period, usually just one night).
