1) Murcidencel was moved from a "proposed" high-cost cancer drug to a "recommended" high-price cancer drug
the NHS High Cost Drugs Commissioning List does not indicate "recommended" (see copy of page below). There is no indication that Murcidencel is "recommended" to the HCD list. The spreadsheet TITLE says "COMMISSIONED BY NHS ENGLAND" [not "recommended to be commissioned"]. To me the spreadsheet presents Murcidencel (DCVax-L) as approved for use— but only through Individual Funding Requests (IFR), not widespread NHS funding.
What am I missing (I welcome all responses... even from those who vehemently disagree with me/NWBO)?
