1) Murcidencel was moved from a "proposed" high-cost cancer drug to a "recommended" high-price cancer drug
spreadsheet TITLE says "COMMISSIONED BY NHS ENGLAND" [not "recommended to be commissioned"]. To me the spreadsheet presents Murcidencel (DCVax-L) as approved for use— but only through Individual Funding Requests (IFR), not widespread NHS funding.
What am I missing (I welcome all responses... even from those who vehemently disagree with me/NWBO)?
