No, he is 69/70 years old.
He used to own companies such as Felco Promotions and Space Marketing Inc. back in the late 80's and 90's. Of course, both are gone.
He has been involved with airships but really just on the promotional side of it. Like advertising.
I see nothing of him actually building these things other than when he was with Techsphere. But even then, he didn't actually do much. It was just that one spherical airship he keeps touting here.
What's odd is the fact he said that he was only at the bottom of the airship chain and that's why he failed (or as he calls it "learning curve"), however, when you look at Techsphere and 21st Century Airships it doesn't tell the story like that.

The teleconference call was nonsense. Everything was non descriptive as can be. No actual details on things.
He claims $35 million dollars for one airship. It's absurd. What he is trying to sell is this "manned airship" but the military and private entities don't want that. They want autonomous.
It's not feasible to hire, train and employ airship pilots. It's just too unrealistic.
This ticker is a scam.
