Well... As you know, I have diabetes too. So I wouldn't make the ones I posted. They're made in part with very high cacao chocolate, so maybe they're not TOO sweet. Though there is the condensed milk. Maybe it'd be possible to used the unsweetened kind, and sweeten with Splenda or stevia.
You're very crafty, but I don't think you'll persuade me to join in your tofu fun.
