The suspension in Stuttgart was a fact. Investors took from that news was coming so volume increase 3x. (IMO)

Question though. Was the Stutgart action caused by a manipulation that was about to start with buy orders in Germany?

As a factual note, many more millions of shares were printed in that time frame than normal. That has been a pattern on many of these events, including NYAS.

I have no disagreement that it smells of manipulation. But how is it coordinated with NWBO printing shares?

Any possibility that the manipulators are the ones getting the shares so they can sell at higher prices?
