The news is already out:

The article points out that "Britain was not among the countries hit with additional tariffs, because it imports more from the U.S. than it exports there." So why were they hit with tariffs to begin with, since Trump thinks there's some connection?? I guess it was just because he wanted to do it. The penguins had no trade deficit with us either.

People who've been called in to comment on TV are saying whatever's announced tomorrow won't be a final version.
