The documents are there for everyone to read, there is no "claiming" anything.
The "subsidiary" did NOT sell, none of the subsidiaries sold.
It was in a Canadian court because it's was a Canadian company with it's head off on Canadian soil (Montreal).
Do you know where Montreal is? That's right Pinocchio, Montreal is in the Province of Quebec - Canada.
That is why this was in a Quebec court and also why the USA courts recognized Chapter 15, because it's a foreign entity.
