Only certain assets sold which were only the tangible Canadian assets which included the Sarnia subsidiary.(that's why the sale was held in Canada court not in US) The "intangible" assets were not sold which included Bioamber's license and contracts part of (Bioamber Inc common shares)
Why are you policing this company so much and also why are you harrasing shareholders eg. Calling me Pinocchio? What are you trying to prove? I think it's to upset shareholders so they stop posting to make yourself believe that they accepted your story, nobody is accepting what you claim
