The fact that .0004s is on the ask tell us the R/S was a move to slow down momentum and prevent these run-ups before big news...if it run up before news it may cause a sell on news action......im sure a nice group of people was on those .0002-3 bid and got blessed with cheap shares.....it doesnt matter because the merger will be so big you can buy in late at .001 and still bank.....
