I understand him just fine. His hubris didnt allow him to admit his failures and step aside as CEO, instead he continued to force his way down a path to market strategy that the customers and industry didnt seem keen to adapt. Instead of communicating this to shareholders he lied through his teeth, going as far as double downing on commercialization timelines knowing full well there was zero chance of a deal. He squandered all of our head start and 20X the resources that NLM had to develop their PIC.

A brilliant scientist he may be, but he's also an unethical POS who enriched himself at the shareholders expense and could potentially cost his shareholders 10's or 100's of millions of dollars. My speculation is his refusal to step aside into the CTO position to minimize the optics potentially causing disruption to operations, forced his removal and cratered the SP, as well as shareholder confidence at our most vulnerable hour.

Besides my speculations, these are facts. We are not in the predicament we find ourselves in currently because of anything external to garbage leadership and BOD complicity. We still have a chance, but our current risks result directly from Lebby's stewardship.
