Thats a fact, which I view as very good news (if that is actually what has happened) because they will tend to hold longer and keep the rally going when news drops. AFFU shareholders are not here for the flip, IMHO
Level II also seems to have thinned out considerably as well... 0004 is down, and yes some of the MM from 0003 will drop down to 0004 but I think the offers will be much smaller than previously
