The Company will continue to pursue its existing biopharma lines of business while evaluating a range of strategic options to maximize value for its shareholders. The business fields of quantum computing and AI are seen as the next frontier in emerging technologies, and have quickly developed into multi-billion dollar industries.
There have been a number of companies focused on developing these cutting edge technologies who have approached GCAN expressing interest in a potential merger, and as part of our fiduciary obligation to our shareholders we will explore these options.
As part of the evaluation process GCAN will explore potential strategic alternatives that may include, but are not limited to a sale, merger, strategic business combination or other transaction.
I've been in IT for decades and I think so many don't realize the mind blowing speed Quantum Computing provides and when combined with real factual vetted AI database - off the charts explosive MACH speed!
IMSO the "number of companies" will be Israeli companies and I pray they will be! There's some real good gems that are currently private with very intelligent engineers and leadership. These Israeli companies will be a Quantum Computing (QC) company and to add QC software AI database company for PHARMA/Healthcare - deals with GCAN current biz-ops, NVIDIA - CEO Aitan has this connection with NVIDIA (Core Gaming) along with QC companies. So my 4prongs looking at possible merger candidates: 1) QC Company, 2) QC s/w database/AI company, 3) PHARMA/HC and 4) NVIDIA! There are Israeli companies that meet these 4prongs, either way we should find out this year after the Core Gaming/SYTA merger, and the market is rocking better than ever - and that will be by Q4 the latest. It's already started improving!
