It wouldn't surprise me if there is some sort of a "Triangular Merger" here with GCAN. I haven't given it really much thought, but now that you mentioned such, I guess it wouldn't surprise me if this is somehow connected with one or some of the CEO's other ventures. After all, GCAN is a fully reporting SEC filing company with audited financials. This positions the company to be conditioned for a merger of some sort.
