Actually, the bigger short during June was Missling, he sold almost 6 million shares between May and August. I do agree that Missling preplanned this and 5 PRs in 2 weeks both important and unimportant (similar to how he released a flurry just in time to set a better price for his option exercise in 2024). This did work out well as AVXL needed the cash (would have worked out better if he sold 20 MM shares) but the issuance of more shares kept a lid on the price.
