I'm curious which hour of the day they will announce the MHRA decision. Also, will the company consider where UK and European shareholders will fit into the plan of when to announce. London is at work by 4 a.m. Eastern Time since they are 5 hours ahead of us. (That's 9 a.m. here on ET).
The only possible overlapping of markets is in the morning. If they announce just before or at opening of the US markets, then the UK will have a few hours to trade the stock before their market closes. But MHRA could contact NWBO with the news at the end of their day, which would be about noon here on the East Coast. Would NWBO immediately release the news or would they need to contact the companies they have contracted with to get final signatures or other details finalized. We know they want to release a blitze of news and, according to their quarterlies, they seem to have lots of news. They may also want to release news at the opening of the stock exchange, but that might allow news to leak overnight.
Any thoughts?
