That PR helped 'resolve' the skirmish taking place for a 'direction'.

At least temporarily. At this point, given they have no earnings to
speak of, the share count won't really matter cause folks will likely
be trading the 'news'.

My only concern on the share count will be when it comes to uplisting
efforts. IF they can't get the share price up because of demand, they will
only have one option for artificially inflating it. And the more shares outstanding,
the bigger the ratio is likely to be.
