THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT $TWOH - AND STOCKS:
The CEO is worth half a BILLION dollars. He bought 54% of the shares (3,000,000,000) in $TWOH in December making him the new CEO; and he still owns 10% of $NUKK !
Those shares are currently worth about 13-16 million today according to where the Share Price is.
So the things to consider are What is $15 million to somebody who’s worth over half of a billion? Not Much. This CEO took $NUKK from sub penny to $78. And just on Monday they hired the CFO from NUKK to join $TWOH. And Craig Marshack is also now on the Board of Directors. Marshack structured a Warren Buffet company. So, he’s got a very good résumé. And he also worked on NUKK with the CEO of TWOH.
NOW, $TWOH has THREE board members from $NUKK, A company that the $TWOH CEO took from sub-pennies to $78 in a matter of a few months.
The reverse split: it happened in 2023. There was a decision about a week and a half ago where the shareholders voted against a new reverse split. So people who are on these message boards that are talking about a possible reverse split are doing so to create fear so that the share price will drop down, either because they are a basher who’s paid to bring the share price down or they are somebody who wants the share price to go down so they can buy more.
Theres alot of talk about a possible merger or multiple mergers with $TWOH.
The stock closed on Friday at 0042. And on Monday it spiked at 0072. Since then it hasn't dropped below 0043! and has fluctuated between the 40s - 60s
So if you can get it in the 40s, that’s a wise move. Because once they release news of any kind, this is gonna go up into the PENNIES and maybe NICKELS and DIMES real FAST.
If you know how to follow charts you'll see that it didn't go up this morning except maybe 1 point, and it has been dipping. This is consolidation; all those people who bought in at the teens or the 20s or even the 30s ARE seeing their profit on the table and ARE selling their shares to get that profit. Consolidation is when there are more selling than buying, but as long as it's done at a profit, rather than a loss it INCREASES the overall share value. NOTICE it is holding firm above the 0042 mark where it closed on Friday - which means the overall value of the share price has INCREASED; again: when somebody sells their shares above where they purchased it, EVEN DURING CONSOLIDATION: it INCREASES the overall share value. When there are more buyers than sellers, its called ACCUMULATION. I still have my shares I bought at 0017.
.People, like myself, do NOT need to sell their shares, unless they want to risk doing a swing trade, (to repurchase when the share value goes down). Even if the share price drops after you bought it - as long as its due to profit takers - the overall share value INCREASES! THERE ARE MORE PROFIT TAKERS IN THIS STOCK CURRENTLY, THAN LOSS-TAKERS: IN CONCLUSION, once they release a public announcement IT IS going to start rising DRAMATICALLY because of all the momentum already behind it - You can literally hold onto your shares that you bought at a 10th of a penny, OR a 1/3 or 1/2 of a penny all the way until the stock is at $10 or $50 or $100 - Because of all the other hundreds, or even thousands of people, who are willing to sell share their shares AS IT'S RISING - so that they can get their profit.
VICE VERSA: When somebody sells their shares at a loss, it lowers the overall value of the share price.Very very few people are doing that right now at all - except for maybe newbies - because of all of the momentum, and because of all of the facts behind why the share price has gone up. With the Board of Directors and the history of the CEO and how he brought the other stock NUKK to $78, from sub pennies!
You can see in the chart the stair climb from 0044 to 005, where it went to 0045, then 0046, then 0047 to 0049, back to 0047 and then back to 0049, and then it re-entered the 005 range. This is evidence of an increase in the share value.
Last week, Thursday, Friday to Monday and Tuesday the stock closed in the green. Yesterday was the first day it closed in the red at a couple percent below the open. It closed in the red because of consolidation, yet to reiterate: the overall value of the share price has increased and the stability is growing. As people continue to only sell at a profit, the value will increase. Remember That. Don't sell at a loss. Don't.
Currently, the overall share value has increased to the 40s and 50s, which is where NEW investors are coming in, WHO ARE JUST NOW HEARING ABOUT THIS, to buy those shares because of all of the potential that we are all seeing with the new CEO and the other Board of Directors. And the talk of mergers.There’s people who have been in stocks for 20 years who has never seen anything like this.
