They have been promoting heavily across social media for this promo. The company usually updates weekly before the open. Have to give credit to wolf for the diligent reports. Today they should have updated and did not. The last time they skipped a week we found that 375 million shares were added on March 26th. I'm betting that the share dump for this promotion is much higher and at a relatively high price point.

People are buying some serious losses here in my opinion. 6.7 BILLION share outstanding now and a reg A for 1.5 BILLION share priced at $0.001 which was qualified by the SEC last week. They also have other convertibles like the $1,232,500 of principal amount of the "Subject Convertible Notes" which convert at a 25% discount to market. The "Subject Convertible Notes" were rewritten as filed in the March 3rd filing to convert without the reg A offering. Link below.
