Hey Poo - show us EXACTLY WHERE the SEC states this:

The SEC says to ignore all but Company filings and Updates.

I'm having some trouble locating where they say that....

Are you SURE that the SEC basically tells investors to ignore EVERY OTHER opinion form EVERY OTHER SOURCE in the WORLD, EXCEPT for a companies filings and "updates"???

I find that very hard to believe.
