Yes, I am because you are trying to compare an apple with an orange. For one thing, I never gave an percentage approval assessment for SAVA. I only stated that I really liked the Phase II data along with the subsequent blinded and unblinded OLE data. Where I went wrong, along with thousands of other investors, was in not paying more attention to the DOJ investigations of Dr. Wang and the SEC investigation into the company's public disclosure of some of the earlier trial results, which allegedly may have been compromised. What I did post repeatedly was that SAVA was a highly speculative play and that I was hoping to backstop my bet there by having an equal position in AVXL. In any event, my SAVA assessment did not contemplate outright potential fraud by Dr. Wang and SAVA's executive officers. There is no comparison to be made between AVXL and SAVA.
