Let's talk about something interesting.

Did 10Q indicate that many parties showed considerable interest in providing complimentary technology to $NWBO and in the end only one party got the luck? You would agree there must be some kind of bidding war?

Here are the two articles about Merck's acquisition of Pandion. The initial offer was just $65m. In the end, the final offer from Merck was $1.9b in order to beat other three BPs. How much would you think the winning party should pay LP for being selected as the only partner to start a tumor-agnostic trial with tumor shrinkage as the outcome measure? I would say the number should be between $10b and $20b at minimum. Assume the winner is Merck. it is still a good deal for Merck since its sp should go up a lot.
