Best they can do is give their gut feeling, just like everyone else. Much ado about nothing, there is no confirmation which 3 companies were referred so no use unnecessarily wringing ones hands. My gut feeling is NWBO was not one of those companies in the backlog. I guess we'll see what the MHRA answer to the second question will bring. Their first response did not give me the feeling of any catastrophic delay.
