I called and sent a text...no answer....


I suspect if true....MHRA rejected and sent it to the CHM to have a go at it...does not bode well and most likely query will go unanswered and we will see the "truth" in a PR shortly (after some addition/significant dilution)....Nemesis may be right after all.


Some may not like what I just said....I am just following the path of least resistance....MHRA caught up + statement that a few objections are handed over to CHM + significant dilution (hedging against CHM approval) + 500 days post submission....470 days since January '24 acceptance + No ASCO (don't want to stand there and admit rejection + my sense is company is not being forthright. If I was running the show, I would want to dilute as much as possible to keep the lights on as long as possible since there are other sticks in the fire....Unfortunately, this year appears dead.

Lord, I hope I am wrong...My gut says be patient for another 18 months.
