NICE won’t want to pay for nebulous results.

Two things....


1). That is a NICE issue not MHRA.

2). NICE can come out and say "If you live longer and/or are cured will we reimburse you after the fact. In the meantime, we will only reimburse actual costs to NWBO until further data is available."

There are many ways to counter.
