The problem with that scenario is that you were getting fraudulent information from Chandra and not verifying - that is called insider trading.

And you were indeed the main pumping by posting false and misleading information to entice investors to invest in an obvious scam.

You don't have to say buy or sale - you did even worse you painted a picture of generational wealth if people invested in the ENZC scam.
