Under U.S. GAAP, the Company reported net loss of $48.6 million for the three months ended December 31, 2024,

If the Co continues to lose that amount per Qt ...your cash on hand gets eaten up pretty fast .
I think the tax loss write offs may only apply to other Co's listed as incorporated in Ireland ( not sure )
Wins in court , if /when they happen will certainly help but a " new " product would be years away from approval
