Just thinking out loud...

Perhaps we will hear of franchise/partnership deal, a day or two before we hear of approval. This way, the partner can partake in the upswing once approval hits. I know this is the way I would want it. 

LP has several days to announce approval once granted, so it would benefit both parties if the deal is announced first. We know the deal would be based on approval, so I would expect a one-two punch with the deal announcement first. 

So if a deal is announced first, it is almost guaranteed approval will follow within 48 hours. 
That's the way I would like to see it!!
