I started way before that-but I don't hold anything that is going to hurt actually -beyond shorting. I took advantage of those fat cash numbers heavily while I could and it took over 2/3 years of selling. That was the hard part but it paid off handsomely. When interest rates do lower...most of my holdings will scream because they are interest rate sensitive and made it through the roughest part already.

Now I just have to time it the best I can and take advantage of fat/safe yields when appropriate.
