Gary, You could very well be right.

There is a tendency for biotechs to have a run up in price during pre-approval to accrue for anticipated value increase on drug approval. To be absolutely clear, I don't think the run up we see happening now is any of that.

I believe the current price run-up is just the start of a price correction. I mean a price-recovery process from a multi-year bear raid to take us back to where we should be in stock price, without the manipulation and at pre-approval. So recovery means to add back from these:

- manipulation from spoofing (min 5 years data from filing of lawsuit 12/1/22), (and IMO naked shorting activity)
- crashing of stock on 5/10/22 (the presentation of DCVax Ph 3 successful results)
- continued price manipulation thru 2025

Everybody has an opinion, but for me, just to correct for past manipulation, that takes price up to $10/sh. My comparable, as a data point, is Kite Pharma acquired in 2017 for $12B, on just a Ph 2 trial, for a subset of of a subset of the LBLC cancer market. DCVax has much more value and potential than that. Just that though equates to approx $10/sh for NWBO.

Plus add on penalties for market manipulation:
- should pay for thru a short squeeze IMO

Then we get to increasing price for the anticipated value accrual with DCVax approval.
- price discovery
