You are very correct. This is nothing more than Legacy Debt being converted from old note holders that had done deals a long time ago back with the old TWOH management and has nothing to do with the new management. Some are seeing the glass half empty, but those who are seeing the glass half full see these shares as very possibly being the last of the cheap shares. This thought reminds me of back when I was in RXMD years ago when it was trading sub-penny. They had Legacy Debt existing and I remember when I was trying to explain that people should see those shares as the last of the cheap shares, the stock dropped a little from such shares being sold and then it ran to .20+ per share. I'm not saying that the same thing is going to happen here with TWOH, but I am saying that the concept or rationale of thought exists.
