Running theory on price movement: Latest MHRA data on the backlog being cleared tells investors two things: 1.) A decision has been made regarding NWBO's application. 2.) The fact that we have NOT seen an 8k regarding a disapproval or appeal most likely means we have a POSITIVE decision coming our way shortly. Just a theory and opinion obviously, but this is what I am banking on.
