Along these same lines, eggs are $8.99/doz for large at the deeeeeeeeeeep discount grocery store. I bought a dozen extra large at Trader Joe's (about a 50 minute drive each way, so I infrequently go there) for $6.99 butt you are limited to one dozen eggs per customer per day. TJs has some great trail mixes and among the best (and relatively inexpensive) canned tuna and water crackers. Hot and kalt breakfast cereals are a good deal there also. Butt they seem to have dropped their bagged muesli mix that I liked.
