The SEC gave EVERY ENZC investor ever, full standing against the four main principles at the time when they filed for $92 million against Zhabilov.
That several folks here think they know any legal stuff at all about this, and make false statements regarding it, is dumbfounding.
The ENZC stock price will continue to freeze or sink, just like their PR production(s).
And thanks for the reminder about Charles' statements. You are correct, the 5-labs bit is close to the top of the list for us, as are his statements about the SPAC deal right up to the very last day he had to sign-on and approve it or not sign it and watch it fizzle, (even though it was really dead long before the date CC refused to sign off on it.) We actually have a direct statement on that specific item from Zhabilov himself.
You have full standing in any court, the SEC put a huge exclamation mark on that for all shareholders. Since the company operations were also part of the charges against Zhabilov, not just personal sales, and the three other principals can be proven to know a lot about Harry's operations, but were not named, both our group and counsel believe CCC dropped a dime on Harry, and got limited immunity to be excluded from the financial fraud charges that Harry's about to step into court on.
