So that footnote for issues the 100k series B convertible preferred shares for 1M. That implies a share price value of $10 per share ya? I mean does that mean that is what they think GPLS is worth you think? That seems a far way away from where we are now but I mean they must have some reason for ascribing a value to those shares.
