Are you an attorney who works for Chandra and the Cotropias? You have done everything that an attorney for Chandra and the Cotropias would do. You have blamed the victims of fraud for not being diligent enough to foresee the fraud in the first place. You have minimized the fraud by stressing the small amount of fraud (by saying that the fraud is "only $200"). And you have made sure that Chandra and the Cotropias understand that Doc's threat of a lawsuit is fake, thereby undermining Doc's efforts to get restitution for investors.
