Please point out EXACTLY WHERE in the "update" (or in the 10Q for that matter) there is the level of detail that you provided here on this board, in regard to the "tranches" and the "mutually agreed" upon times when they would be used!!

There's NONE that I can see.

But I'll wait, while you point them out and post them, for all to see.....
