So, there WILL be 60M more shares added to the OS base at some point in the future. A total of 100 MILLION SHARES WILL BE ADDED!

THAT'S what I was getting at. DBMM yells to the high heavens about this marvelous reduction in debt. Great!

BUT HOW DID THEY DO IT???

DILUTION! Not with money EARNED! They did it ON THE BACKS OF SHAREHOLDERS!

Once again, DBMM is PAYING FOR THINGS USING SHARES!

That is the WHOLE POINT!

And by the way? I didn't see all those details regarding the "Tranches" of shares in the 10Q. Want to point them out to me? Because if they are NOT in there? Then those are details that a poster here on iHub should NOT KNOW! You better hope they are in there POO! Because if they are not? We KNOW what the posting of those details here on this board means....don't we!
