Ern is dead. His wife’s obituary says he was deceased. The woman in the obituary and the woman in the video are identified by the same name and their images are the same.

The video itself is interesting but proves nothing. It will not be a part of any regulatory review. Ern could have had a spontaneous if relatively brief recovery, which is known to happen to some AD patients (it happened with my father). We also don’t know whether he was taking other medications or receiving any sort of supportive care.

Using a dead man to pump the stock to your benefit is shameful. I only hope no one reading this message board buys the stock on the basis of this video and your Trumpian lies. If investors want to take a position in Anavex, that’s fine with me. I hope it works out. But doing so on the basis of exaggerated claims by you of a miracle cure of one patient about who we know next to nothing is foolish.

If Ern’s story is put into the proper context, then fine. But that is not what you’re doing.
