Yeh, I think the most likely explanation is that this is the "new norm". Trading at $0.20 a share your volatility is just going to go up. People aren't used to it, but 20% moves are going to become more and more common when that represents less than a nickel. From a purely technical standpoint, we might be able to keep moving up tomorrow if we get 4-5 million accumulation above $0.22 today. If volume dries up and we close below $0.22, probably just going to head back to mid teens by week's end.
