Cohen was never part of the management team and while at the onset he was an active investor, he relinquished his management position to focus on $AZRH and $GPLS as agreed upon by himself and rhe board.
Cohen never had control over this company, and he has publicly stated that many times.
Cohen is nothing more than an investor at this point, as Belisarian Holdings has taken the ticker back over from AWS and is currently searching for their next reverse merger candidate.
