I agree, turbosetch. Where's the bad news, really? Friday brought confirmation of a multi-million dollar, cash in hand, settlement. Today we learn they'll be acquiring a business that will aid the retrofit arm of RWT. Just because both PR's were, perhaps, "less" than we wanted doesn't make them bad news.
