1)First off this was from 2022. I see many promises made for the year 2023. How many of those assurances were met? You all hold bashers responsible for their statements. How about from the company?
2)The paragraph below is intriguing. Not only does this state the company itself is directly involved with spreading misinformation about manipulation. However note the period between the statements. Prosecution by SEC (period)...DBMM has highlighted negative aspects....nowhere does it tie the two together. It HAS sought advice from individuals by third parties who monitor......
OK, that was over two years ago. Where are the SEC and DOJ findings related to this company? Who has been prosecuted? Who are the individuals and do they post here?
3) final paragraph below....the company worked with Glendale Securities...looks like Glendale has been dealing with their own issues lately.
CONTINUED ACCUMULATION OF INFORMATION FOR POTENTIAL ACTION AGAINST STOCK MANIPULATION.
The Company has noted that recent prosecutions by the SEC and the DOJ of named individuals who deliberately manipulate and peddle misinformation, often slanderous are cause for regulatory and public policy concerns. DBMM has long highlighted the negative aspects of those paid to create chaos and scare shareholders. The Company stated in recent Shareholder Updates, that it has sought advice from individuals and organizations prudent in these matters, and participation by third parties in monitoring and gathering information.
Glendale Securities, Inc. was fined $155,000 and ordered to retain a consultant to review and revise its anti-money laundering (AML) related procedures to appropriately tailor them to its microcap stock liquidation business model. The NAC affirmed the findings and modified the sanctions imposed by the Office of Hearing Officers (OHO).

Just my opinion, of course.
