Not to mention, I would suspect that most companies (like Amarin) have supplier agreements they must adhere to. Otherwise, it is very costly to exit. Not sure if there are price-escalation clauses that would be triggered due to the tariffs. But it will certainly be disruptive to the generics, at the very least.

This whole thing has had me wondering about decisions Amarin made about where they source their API from. It seems that getting their API from Europe is likely more expensive than far-eastern sources (where it appears most of the generics source from), but probably safer/cleaner. And I would assume they just felt more comfortable from a long-term socio-political perspective, that Europe is less risky than China (or other eastern and southeast Asian countries).

RMB, Do you understand how much time and money it would take, in order to relocate API manufacturing? Donald Trump is an embarrassment.
