No I do not think it is an us or them thing. I'm sure EnoSemi would gladly accept money in exchange for offering their services. I already mentioned it to Tom before the NLM announcement and he's talking to Yves about it.
If I was EnoSemi, I'd prioritize the company that came first. They're extremely busy so their bandwidth for working on emerging technologies like EOP is probably limited.
