The announcement is tomorrow, and Trump's plan is still up in the air? This is ridiculous, and a hell of a way to run a railroad. The US / world economy and financial system is hanging in the balance, and these clowns have no idea what they're doing. It's amateur hour in Wash DC.

At least one advantage with an across the board flat tariff is that the rate could be lowered fast, once it becomes obvious the US / world economy and financial system is crumbling.
